The math of $30-$300 per ton CO2, with ~40 Gtons output yearly, puts the price of carbon neutral at $1T-$12T. Global GDP is $75T, so this is 1.3%-13%

BUT here is where GDP growth gets exciting. 2% growth for 100 years means this will be 0.2% GDP in 100 years. If instead we grew at 3%, this would be 0.09%. Conclusion: growth helps sustainability and response to crisis.
