    TMRW, IJ goes to MD's High Court to fight Baltimore's unlawful ban on food trucks operating within 300ft of brick & mortar competitors. The "ban threatened to turn food truck owners into criminals so restaurateurs would have the market all to themselves."

    Her ex allegedly used her car to pick up a sex worker. He was never charged with a crime — and she didn't condone anything illegal — but cops took her car, anyway. Twice. And said she'd have to pay to get it back. Now, the Institute for Justice is suing.
