Did anyone else come out officially? I haven't see any statements from the German, French, Japanese government. If they come out, it will be interesting to see which agency/ministry will do the announcement. German BND or Foreign Ministry? Also, nothing from the EU yet either.

My current assessment: Again it's only the Five Eyes countries doing the heavy lifting on public attribution. Pretty much all of the European governments are silent or latch onto the assessment with some general support message on twitter. EU and NATO are nowhere to be found.

No active engagement by the German government, no written statement by none of the ministries. Germany had to be dragged and kicked to make that announcement. Weak sauce.
