We expend so much energy on the stds for college admiss & pmyt of loans when the bigger issue is why one should spend 4 yrs & $$$ to get a degree. Generally it’s to get a job that doesn’t really req a degree. Requiring a degree for a job should be illegal absent a clear need

An impediment to getting good jobs is the needless requirement of a college degree. Y require ppl to spend 4 years & $$$ so they can apply for a job that really doesn’t require a degree. Laws should be passed barring a degree requirement absent a clear showing of necessity
