    This time next year I will be turning 20 years in international public service. In the meantime I will be doing some introspection (while still working) Tune in next June and I will tell you if it was worth third of a lifetime.

    Great initiative! Financinng in general and reparations for in particular is often the key obstacle to providing remedy for victims. Using frozen assests and sanctions regimes seem like very promising option.
