The rules are wrong. Omg we have to test everyone. So many positive are asymptomatic. Republicans need to stop rejecting science.

If we don’t test everyone CONSISTENTLY, we will never understand the size and shape of this threat, and will always be reacting after being caught by surprise. It should be the #1 business/tech objective in the world, right now.
