Our service from @Ocado had steadily worsened the last 6 months - delays, missing items, not refunded (where we should have been) and damaged items! We've used them pretty much since they started out, but have decided not to renew our delivery pass.
Last weekend’s @ocado driver didn’t refund returned substitutions, and this week’s delivery is running 30 minutes late. Hoping these are just blips, not a sign of declining service.
