1) Musk literally told anyone who's not comfortable coming in to not come in. They're furloughed so they're not getting paid anyway. 2) Nice attempt to deflect from the fact that you're only damning the company that waited the *longest* 3) Hyperbole much?

"Tesla furloughs" are identical to the furloughs used by all other automakers. But again, I notice that you only see fit to damn one specific company for this universal practice. Seriously, you think money for salaries just appears from thin air when factories aren't running?

BTW, the very reason why long-time Tesla employees have been able to handle being furloughed for so long is because Tesla is the only automaker in the US who gives their employees stock options, which has made long-time workers reasonably wealthy recently.

Tesla has a lower than average "would recommend to a friend" score but the second highest "approve of the CEO" score in the industry in the US (second only to Toyota - Toyota workers really seem to like Akio).

You do realize that OSHA is run at the state level and CalOSHA is the most stringent in the nation, don't you? The last time they were there they got dinged for a power cord not being taped down.
