    I visited Sedona because friends moved here, having no idea what to expect. Wow is it stunning. Would come back in a heartbeat. The photos don't do it justice.

    Authors who think I should write a book often offer me their book proposals for inspiration.... I'm sure I could write a proposal. As a neurodivergent person, it's ~writing the actual book~ that's the daunting part. Even neurotypicals have a hard time with book writing!

    The Russian invasion of Ukraine is heartbreaking. Sharing that heartbreak at work is okay, even welcome. Leading through times of distress (we're experiencing so many!) requires coaching teams through stress and uncertainty while grappling with those same issues yourself.
