A short reminder: Twitter hates itโs users now. Randomly killing third party apps is just the logical next step in this whole shit show we are experiencing since the Genius took over.
This platform more and more becomes an usebility nightmare.
Chinese influencer Li Ziqi has 17.2 million followers on YouTube.
She's the biggest by far, but there are thousands of other China-based accounts on the platform.
But wait. Isn't YouTube blocked in China? What gives?

The old blue check mark and media labels were good and just doing what they were supposed to do.
Both solved so many issues we had in the past with fake accounts and unknown or opaque media sources.
(Twitter was still a shithole for other reasons)

This new โofficialโ tag is the most stupid design decision ever. It doesnโt make any sense and produced complete chaos. We now have โoldโ-blue checkmarks, new blue marketing checkmarks, the official tag with the same but different icon and the whatever tag for some media outlets

Ich wurde รถfters schon gefragt, wann wir den nรคchsten #WKE machen. Momentan liegt es am fehlenden Personal (meine Orga-Engel sind nicht mehr da๐ญ) und Prioritรคten anderer Projekte.

Difficult situation on campus. Traffic jam of automated food delivery robots, apparently all stuck behind a carelessly discarded scooter. I just observed a couple of students clearing a path out of pity for the robots. This is our future, I guess
