There seems to be a new (at least to me) Turkestan centric faction that's active in Aleppo region called Katibat al-Ghuraba' al-Turkistaniyyah (The Turkestani Strangers Battalion كتيبة الغرباء التركستانية). Like TIP, they also have arabs (foreign fighters and locals) in their ranks as well, but most of their media are (afaik) Uyghur language, with now a recent Arabic media channel as well. This is a speech by their leader Abu Said al-Muhajir (I think, don't know Uyghur) and one of their jurists Abu Umar al-Muhajir (Palestinian) inciting Muslims to fight the regime and khawarij (ISIS) offensive in Hama. Like TIP, they seem aligned with HTS but formally independent.pic.twitter.com/j6TmpAlC3k

They have a vimeo channel with videos on how to operate a T-55 tank, BMP, RPG-7. https://vimeo.com/user78555480  Also a youtube account with a video with them in a gym and eulogizing fallen fighters. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCYzgeTe4uJAFaIVZDJ8gCXQ … (Channels will likely be taken down so download if interested.)

An article by @Weissenberg7 on the Turkestan faction, though I'd disagree with his generalization of their sharing of AQ media (or HTS for that matter) equals confirmed AQ-links - they have many FSA media shared as well. Jihadist ≠ AQ-linked.https://www.longwarjournal.org/archives/2018/01/new-uighur-jihadist-group-emerges-in-syria.php …
