Congresswoman , re-election safely in hand, is now more than willing to campaign with , who notoriously wants to prosecute parents for not “affirming” their child’s decision to change their sex.

There is nothing political about a cry to release the internal report on the sexual assaults in LCPS. 0! It is solely about accountability, ethics, what is right, and just. I was asked during my campaign if I supported its release. Yes then and yes now.

Did you see @US_FDA’s cringey propaganda memes about the COVID-19 vaccine? We FOIA’d the FDA and found more draft memes. Why is the FDA spending taxpayer dollars to engage in meme wars instead of responding to credible concerns about the vaccine?

Loudoun County Public School administrators and school board members (with a few exceptions) are going to completely debase a $1.6 billion operation because of pride, politics, and spectacularly inept judgment.

Today is December 18, 2022 and the senior level staff who failed students and families in LCPS in the wake of the sexual assaults are still employed after the GJ report was released on December 5, 2022.

The Loudoun school board is blaming the superintendent for rape concealment (after previously thanking him for serving as a "lighting rod" for criticism). But when he said on June 22 that there'd been no assaults in school bathrooms, every member had reason to know it was a lie

21: Even more significant than the failure to ensure that the VDOE reporting laws and rules were followed is the school board's failure to ensure that Title IX was followed. We'll cover that another time. But keep reading . . .

20: The failure of the school board to ensure that was reporting incidents to VDOE is alone a breach of the board's legal duty. That's before you even get to the admin's reckless indifference to handle an accused rapist highlighted in the special grand jury report.

17: Former school board member Andrew Hoyler (who was not on the board when the 2 sexual assaults occurred) speculates that Ziegler was fired because (1) the pressure got too hot, and (2) they were worried VDOE would do it and make them look bad.

16: The Loudoun County School Board finally fired Ziegler on 12/6/22 after the special grand jury report was unsealed. They fired him WITHOUT CAUSE. Meaning he would continue to collect over $300,000 for the next year.

12: Loudoun County School Board knows about 5/28/21 sexual assault the day it happened. But MAYBE it didn't know about the DCV failure until its "independent review" was presented to it on 1/4/22. But the school board did nothing until 12/6/22, when it finally fired Ziegler.

11: But what if it's an innocent screw up - just some paperwork issues? Doubtful. Reporting DCV data is the superintendent's legal duty and sanctions for failure to do so include being removed from office by the school board or state board of education.

10: So if they had already passed the policy, what's the possible motive for not including the May 28 incident on 8/13? Superintendent Scott Ziegler lied about the 5/28/21 incident at the 6/22/21 school board meeting. He's now been indicted for that statement.

6: VDOE then had to explain to Ellis how this was insufficient. Schools must report "incidents" and that is not dependent on charges or convictions. Further, he cites VDOE guidance (right) which makes clear - all incidents reported to law enforcement must be reported to VDOE.
