They probably don’t actually. That’ll be heavily encrypted, and even then it’s handled by Google Accounts, not YouTube
I watched a really cool video about this - It's why when you hit "forgot password" you have to reset it, because the platform keeps it hidden even from themself. pretty rad. always feel weird when a I click that button for a worse company and they just send me my password lol
