        No.. moghuls used marriage as an alliance trap.. It was practiced in ancient INDIA, there is reference of this yajna in mahabharata.

        It is just fine. India has rich history. I suggest you start from saraswati river civilization, which is older than indus valley civilization (which many people consider to be the oldest).. All the best for your learning. I see u have followed me, but i am no expert in it.
