        Sadly the mortality rate is like going to be higher as well. Poor conditions, inadequate health care, diet, and the list goes on. Also sadly its false hope to think this will change anything....

        Irony here: having been there it's hard to find even a building anywhere for miles....but then when you do, there's probably two families inside....cramped. That said, its a seemingly friendly and relatively happy community. Brutally tough winter weather. Therein lies the clue.
