The world is going four ways = US land, China land, Europe land, the coalition of those caught in between.

I agree with you. The world order is going to be characterized by regionalism more than anything else. In the past, that didn't work well for world peace.

Agreed. people have no ideathe kind of damage this administration has done to its world standing. Relationships in trade and security take a long time to establish and are very fragile. This experiment will cost the US for a very long time.

I've been saying this as well for a long time. What's made damage all but permanent for many outside US is the complacency of those in US with standing or any access to power who do absolutely nothing. Waiting for 'rule of law' to save them. It isn't. Mueller can't do this alone.

But Trump should be able to get a second term due to Green New Deal's 10 year targets for US. Those further-deadline targets for the planet could be feasible for US. But 10 years? Technologically impossible. SUV lovers would vote for GOP no matter how much racism it embodies.

Europe would be fine without US. Germany doesn't want to fight Russia since Trump views German cars (i.e. German economy) as a security threat. Many European nations don't want US as leader. This change would be permanent beyond 8 years of Trump era.
