The govt should: 1. Shut down everything truly nonessential 2. Pay direct wage supports 3. Launch a wartime level ramp up of testing, treatment, research, child care/safe ed capacity 4. Impose a one time wealth tax to help pay for it 5. Remove Trump from office.
