I’ve had the same experiences. So important to challenge perceptions, encourage asking of difficult questions, and begin discussions on this issue! Let me know if I can be of any assistance with any of the work you’re doing. Be happy to help.

In 2019 I will continue to challenge things I know are untrue or misleading. For example, the first thing Neil Armstrong said when landing on the moon wasn't "One small step for man" It was "Well, there is no way a cow jumped over that! Hey diddle diddle bla bla bla

Change for 2019 3/3: To "Text Book" Managers. Please stop telling people what you think they want to hear and nodding in agreement because without "change" we stagnate. If you know something to be true, then the hourly rate of your colleague need hold no fear. Be brave!

Change for 2019 2/3: To the people who insist on putting their mobile phone on "speaker" in public places in the belief that every one else is interested in your life. Please respect the space you share and do not forget to put "Headphones" in your next letter to Santa.

Change for 2019. 1/3: To smokers when outside of the UK: Some countries still allow smoking in bars and restaurants etc. But the evidence and knowledge you have in your possession should be used to educate others, not to cause permanent damage to the health of non-smokers.

Well according to thhe Office of Natiinal Statistics 1 in 3 victims of Domestic Abuse are male and males get killed too! However, in either event, service provision is not a competition! How do address under reporting if you focus on female victims only? Please advise

A truly horricic experience for this poor man and compounded by the fact that "It’s very much in the public interest that the courts rule on this matter, but we need public support in order to bring the case.” Can anyone help?

Wow, this was so refreshingly inclusive. It's such a positive approach to see men and women being treated equally, as they should!
