With that info, I was able to find the source video on an Instagram fan account for the Golden Girls, the pioneering dance squad at Mississippi's Alcorn State University, accompanied by the Sounds of Dyn-O-Mite marching band. https://www.instagram.com/p/BgVB0YNB0jp/ 

They're not dancing to Fleetwood Mac's "Dreams," of course, but to the Sound of Dyn-O-Mite's arrangement of Eternal's "Stay" from 1993, frequently used as their marching-in song. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UHzDN86bpDA …

Formed in 1968, The Sounds of Dyn-O-Mite and the Golden Girl dance line were the first to perform as a featured squad with choreographed movements to a marching band’s live tunes, and Alcorn was the first college to incorporate a dance line into halftime.
