Creator features like live streams, custom URLs, scheduled uploads (and many others!) are not going away with the YouTube Partner Program update. Smaller channels can still grow and be discovered–monetization doesn't impact how videos appear in search or how they're promoted/recommended across YouTube. Also creator features and tools like cards and end screens, custom thumbnails, live streaming, etc are all still available
Yeah but when these smaller channel are going to reach the threshold you put, you will again change the YPP terms. So, better to boycott the platform and delete all videos that been uploaded. At least that's what I am thinking to do.
