I like the idea of having fun making predictions but they have to be realistic. You can not indict a sitting president for any crime state or federal. You must first impeach the sitting president than once out of office charges can be brought against them.

It said that the president is constitutionally immune from prosecution while in office. They can challenge that it in the Supreme Court. Which the SDNY could do if they want to proceucute him. I hope they do. I just don’t think they’ll be able to. He’s already been impeached.
