As the primary sponsor of the state legislation that enabled the county to take this step, I'm glad that and are introducing Bill 39-21. First responders like the men and women of should be able to live in the communities they serve.

Proud to introduce Bill 39-21 w/ @albornoz_gabe, which will provide a property tax credit of up to $2,500 for first responders. This will be an important incentive to encourage first responders to live right here in Montgomery County. Learn more: bethesdamagazine.com/bethesda-beat/

The weather is not good. Please stay home if possible. Fortunately, none of our members were hurt when Engine 707 was struck on the beltway while blocking for another collision. Roadway incidents are high danger for fire fighters.

Great job by crew of Engine 701. Along with normal call load yesterday, they conducted a flying standpipe drill & participated in the dept's "Friday Night Lights" in the community. Training & community involvement! @IAFFNewsDesk
