Yes exactly. But regardless of jail, everyone gets put on the list - which in many states you end up living under a bridge or something cos every location is within X feet of school, etc. Entire progressive system is insane.

For serious crimes, perpetrator needs to be executed, for less serious ones, maybe whipped/caned like in Singapore and prevented from being near kids but that's it.

Agreed 100%. For minor degeneracy, nothing works quite like beatings. But it’s established that the US system is insane.

Beatings were ruled 'unconstitutional' in the 60s/70s by commie judges using the standard of 'cruel and unusual' punishments lol.

Lol. Don’t see how a good beating is worse than a lifetime of living under bridges or near landfills, being unable to visit hospitals, etc.

They aren't that explicit but implicitly that's already the case but worse in India. For example, if a woman even whispers 'he hit me' a police officer will throw the husband at least out of the house, if not in jail, even if the woman herself hit the husband

In family courts, child support is not calculated on how much is needed to get the child a comfortable existence but how much the child MAY BE USED TO.

Also child support is not tax deductible so there are cases where the husband is working 2 jobs, and giving 90% of his income to child support, while living on the street, and if he misses a payment, he's thrown in jail, so he loses his job, and stays in jail

meanwhile the 'child support' is used by his ex-wife and her new boyfriend who spend it on vacations :)
