No, this is correct. Either execute them, jail them, or give them substantial freedom outside of interacting with non-related kids. Reason isn't complaining about the registry existing, but how it works in USA.
yes or even spending 20 years in jail. Remember, prison was a progessive reform!

Rofl. Any chances of 376, 498A
et al coming to Amreeka any time soon? -
They aren't that explicit but implicitly that's already the case but worse in India. For example, if a woman even whispers 'he hit me' a police officer will throw the husband at least out of the house, if not in jail, even if the woman herself hit the husband
-
In family courts, child support is not calculated on how much is needed to get the child a comfortable existence but how much the child MAY BE USED TO.
-
Also child support is not tax deductible so there are cases where the husband is working 2 jobs, and giving 90% of his income to child support, while living on the street, and if he misses a payment, he's thrown in jail, so he loses his job, and stays in jail

Baap re. But I guess it’s not as bad as Endia, where it’s impossible to get divorced if the woman says no. Not that I personally approve of divorce, but just commenting on the law in action
-
i believe divorce should be possible but hard, and it should be fair if granted. this sort of financial rape is a calumny
-
*sigh* Wondering if India has worst of all worlds laws on this
