@insurrealist Reactionaries trashing concept of 'spontaneous order' which, i guess dismisses entire complex adaptive systems field.

Blanket dismissal of 'spontaneous order' cannot lead to illumination, in my opinion. (sigh)

https://youtu.be/hzzi9Nd8AnM?t=250 … It's a good topic. Self-organization is serious but I do think 'spontaneity' gets abused a little.

It feels to me like there's less of a conflict if one thinks in terms of programming paradigms more than some overarching narrative.

https://mpra.ub.uni-muenchen.de/22862/1/MPRA_paper_22862.pdf … Possibly of interest also.

In particular you may note how this aligns well with the history of the state, human self-domestication and the 'enslaving principle'.
-
Wow, basically fits in with James Scott's 'Seeing like a State' and Moldbuggian 'orwellian mind control state'

Yes, you might also want to read his "Against the Grain" because it makes more obvious this Simpson's Paradox of entropy production.
-
Early states being relatively feeble and *enfeebling* things but ultimately being quite a force for complexity. (modern ones not so much)
-
Great. Will check out Against the Grain. So can conclude that self organization exists and can be guided by sovereign actions
