Can you define 'supervision'? What if 'hey i'm blocked on this implementation. Got ideas?'

I think that asking for help is one thing, but jrs usually need handholding and teaching through everything they do.

When I first started my current position, I had no idea how to even start going about solving many problems.

After learning certain processes and tools, I'm almost self-sufficient outside of "hey can you point me in the right place on this?"

Good test is whether your manager could forget about your project and it would still get done vs having to monitor that you don't get stuck
