Human rights are earlier than the 70s, the UDHR is from 1948.
'Human rights' is a very recent development - the 70s - not part of classical liberalism. The rest is fine.

Hardly mentioned till the 70s. Also 1948 is also quite recent. Classical liberalism is a 18th/19th C formulation.

Fair enough, but I think human rights do have foundations in those 18/19th century philosophers and earlier too.
