Rajiv Malhotra is an honest man standing up for Dharma. He was simply the best answer to what we had at the time.

I don't see a problem with that because only the elitist will remain committed. After a threshold there's self-selection
-
He's wasting a lot of time. Watch his lamentations of people's lack of ability, his answering all queries etc.
-
It's clear he hasn't thought about this - he needs a benchmark/test to weed people out and create a true talented elite class.
-
I don't know his method honestly but how I'd go about "IK" would be to crowdsource, start ecosystem and let them self-select
-
after self-selection, fund the winners.

His Swadeshi Indology program is aimed at creating such a circle of scholars committing to defending Dharma.
-
difference there is he networked with existing scholars. I'm talking about general recruitment towards his goals.
-
I dont follow. U were against 'string everyone along' now say 'general recruitment'. Could you clarify?
@PaganTrad -
Sure. I mean the Swadeshi Indology program is using existing academics. I'm talking about non-indology initiatives
-
That he does workshops to create 'intellectual kshatriyas' for
-
So like I said the workshops self select and they can then submit to Swadeshi Indology conferences right?
-
Sure, he has a lot of initiatives and requires help - i'm speaking about a general 'tribe'/'fan club' etc.
-
If you are a general, you'll want to create a battalion of the most elite soldiers. I'm advising him to do that
