We need to understand one thing, the Jihadis don't engage in a conventional war or conflict, they can't.

The seemingly normal guy next door, could be a hard core Jihadi, one of the sleeper cells, and you would not know it at all.

@ScorpiusMaximus Once robust public debate, and ability to act is restored, it should not be too hard to beat the Jihadis and Naxals.
