Yes Hoppe's book tells you how monarchy is better than democracy. What I mean is that there's no book detailing how to implement a monarchy in the modern era. It will require a brilliant set of statesmen doing political engineering
I don't believe such a book exists. It's an opportunity waiting to be seized by someone knowledgeable and skillful to produce it. I came to monarchy not thru a POSITIVE case for it, but by reading very persuasive negative cases against the current system RELATIVE to the past

I do believe in the need for "Politics" and constitutional government (which can be a monarchy or a republic). But a constiutional government need not be a "democracy" nor be "liberal" the way we understand the term.

Britain from 1688 right upto 1860s was not a democracy. Not by any stretch of imagination. Yet it was a constitutional monarchy, with a vibrant political culture and party system

It's hard to re-run history but I believe this period cannot be recreated because it was a one-way ratchet to what we have today. The 'Reform Acts' continually made it more and more 'democratic.'
