I have a setup with 3 routers (one of those is also wifi6 AP). I managed to connect my laptop and Nvidia Shield to the same router for hopefully optimal performance. Let's see if we can get 2160p on the TV via Ethernet.

I could not get Nvidia Broadcast to work with OBS Virtual Cam, what is a bummer. Nvidia Virtual Camera app eats up 20% of my desktop RTX2060 It somehow can upscale the 720p webcam to 1080p
Seems to not consume extra resources.
But yeah, 40% is just the back removal + OBSpic.twitter.com/ojc0H8U45X

You can specify in Nvidia control panel what GPU to prioritize globally and per application. Set browser to use high performance GPU and reload browser. Ensure it runs on dedicated using http://webglreport.com

yupp, I can never manage to make Chrome reliably run on Nvidia GPU, so I switched to Edge (like in this case) - it runs on Nvidia. So you can see than Nvidia gpu is freaking busy as well. But video encode graph is empty. I assume it doesn't use NVENC to pack the videostream.pic.twitter.com/tqwvACYRSC
