This is true of interviews in general, especially these days. Look at sports interviews, 99% of them are literally identical, almost like everyone runs off the same script.

1- the topic of sports isn't that interesting at an interview level 99% of the time. "We need to score more and let them score less"... ugh. 2- a single misspoke word in today's climate can be a career killer. So they speak like robots because it's safe.
