Back to legalese. How do you open a company in a EU country? Well, you go, register and get a company bank acc for operations. Except folks from

Oh, it is corona. Upon entering #Lithuania from #Belarus you have to self-quarantine. Except you cannot because you need to open a business and you cannot do it remotely (like locals do), bc you don't have a national id and cannot sign digitally... Meaning you have to run around.
