aaaaa that's so rewarding to run such a program I guess. How do you manage the LT/LV communities together, or are those totally separate?

I’m part of WiT community @ Vilnius, but not the one organising this educational program. It’s all separate communities, just collaborating.

we had other programs to help women find job in IT, very different. First one was in 2018 - we were giving away 6 scholarships, 1000€ each, to spend on going to coding school.
she got the place(because of bravery!) and works as web developer now!
