okay, the sink stuff is resonating. So here's another "I am rich" story. About "I am rich" washing machine. The apt we live in now has everything from Smeg (the company where a basic kettle is 300++ eur) and once the washing machine went into some E09 mode. Hold on... /1
... the manual tells: incoming water filter got cluttered. I dunno how a water filter talks to the washing machine, but whatsoever. Can I clean the filter maybe? Um no. It is too smart. One cannot clean it, only change. And only an authorised service can do it. So?.. /2
I called the service, scheduled the visit. Waited for a week (no washing at the time!) and got a dude come in, change the filter in 2 minutes and sign a 200 EUR bill (that was covered by insurance, no story here). The story is how the dude looked like... /3
...the size of the bill looked like it was included, but the service dude looked exactly like all those porn movie ads. Picture one in your mind. Done? Here we go. He walked into the apartment dancing a little and I was oh shit, what's going on! What happened next? /4
