You know, this pandemic really changed my lifestyle. Before I used to take public transport to work, but now I walk to my office every day! Ok, sure, it's a room in my house, but still!

I bike to it! It's just a bit uncomfortable to physically fit the bike IN the actual length of the commute...pic.twitter.com/Mb7hUfjV3I

29.7 is neeeeaaaat for avg speed. Don't you have traffic lights or sudden pedestrians?

This is at tempelhofer Feld, and abandoned airport in the middle of Berlin. Great for doing undisturbed rounds on the taxiways. Some traffic lights on the way there and back, but otherwise free speed ahead (at least in the early morning hours).

As for kcal: I have no idea how Strava comes up with these values. It seems other people burn more calories in similar exercises, but why? How would it know? And why would that be good? Wouldn’t I want to burn calories to lose some weight ideally? (You see I have no clue

I wear a chest HRM and my Garmin sorta knows my body parameters (like weights, age, VO2max) and terrain, so it can calculate my energy consumption. Somehow I never used Strava...
Again, cool speed!
