I think many concepts of the new @discord work very well for post @zoom_us generation:

Zoom anxiety + the requirement to commit to join a video stream: - remember or get a calendar poke - figure out local rules/settings - who can talk? who can type? - attendee list is unhelpful (who are these people? do I care about them?)
