1 - near half of the meetup regs happened the day before. This was intended from our side and makes sense in our suddenly global online-events saturated mid-summer mid-pandemic worldpic.twitter.com/N8Mv2FT4X9
2 - we live-stream our meetups to youtube, so people don't really need to reg, instead they sub to youtube and get a push when we start the live-stream. also see how we cut the live-stream into 10/15-minute episodes and upload back as public videoshttps://www.youtube.com/devrelevents
3 - we use youtube and not something else (i.e. a virtual event platform) for many-many reasons but a single click to watch/join the event is key. I can to unroll or dig deeper, if anyone is interested.
