There are a thousand ways to do DevRel well. Different audiences and styles and communities. Follower count shouldn’t be associated with success in DevRel. I’ve heard a lot of unfair accusations around this at both extremes.

Some people have loads of followers and suck. Those folks are all shine and little substance. But some people who have loads of followers actually put in 15 years of engineering work and know their shit. Can we please stop using this as a measuring stick for each other?
