I haven't eaten any animal meat for a few weeks already. It took me more than a year of learning and thinking to get there. It wasn't an easy decision. No more dad’s šašlykai!

Better, but that may be because I’be been eating less heavy food for the last weeks. Maybe I’d feel the same if I ate salats with some chicken and some beef once a week. Also I slept more. Too many variables to measure I guess
Yeah. Watch yourself. For me going veggie was easy and natural. For my sis (she forced it on herself) was hard up to when a doctor help was needed.
