I’m not doing my regular 1-2 hours of daily exercise but am still just as hungry as if I were doing it. I’m already on a restrictive diet because of my chronic illnesses & don’t want to restrict even more to keep my health in check. Thinking about trying running? I don’t like it.
Do you have an idea of a kind of dance you're interested in? Or are you thinking more of a warmup routine?
