in some cases small lavalier mic could be better. it depends on room size and noise. but if you have to record two speakers at once - this is a good choice.
Unpredictable amounts of fast switching speakers. Think unconference setup. Also I tried once with lavalier setup. Meaning speakers had to wear two mics. They didn't like it =) Thought about getting a shotgun, but was adviced to not even try...

budgets allowance stops everything ;-) Trying to build a mobile rig now. Cannot get Zoom F1 to work as an external sound card to my Android phone. So will have to use F1 line out -->TRS to TRRS --> 3.5 to USB-C
