back at Unity we used Salesforce for that. It wasn't too pretty and was optimised for well sales and not devrel. Any tips on better solutions so far?

That's definitely an issue! The nice thing about tools like Salesforce is that if the company is willing to invest in them (which is sometimes a big if), they can be customized for your needs. Building DevRel-specific tooling into Salesforce or another CRM is essential.

The other alternative is using a product like
@Nimble, which has a Salesforce integration. Two important features I've noticed for DevRel teams is the CRM needs to be accessible on mobile as well as laptop & (ideally) everyone has separate logins to distinguish between notes. - Voir les réponses
