I am always a vocal diversity/inclusion evangelist since I am a believer that stuff can be explained, culture can be improved, all that. So today 5 minutes before a call with a totally distributed team the CTO typed "dudes, wait for me a bit please, sorry I am late".
It did trigger my diversity/inclusion evangelist trigger hard and I was about to talk about the culture and inclusion. The usual stuffs. Bit by a bit. But... That's a new team. And I was running somewhere. It was cold to type. Mkay, I'll do the inclusion lecture later I thought.
Good decision. This time the call was all-dudes indeed =]
