My first thought was like "I will never be in a stage again". It is hard, but I think there is no better way to improve ourselves as speakers.
@iWozik has some cool videos where he analyzes his own talks.
I still hate my voice ;) and the boring part... yeah... one often has a choice: either deliver a decent well rehearsed talk but face a somewhat disconnected audience or tailor the talk to the audience on the fly and deliver it in a jumpy/unstructured way...
