Again and again, each time I am consulting a #middleware #startup they're asking the same question: "when is it the right time to show the devs what we're working on".
My answer each time is: NOW
And then I hear: "but we're not ready yet"

8. Until you build the audience your #YouTube channel will only be getting one-off views, mostly from your own social channels and a bit from YT if you do the title and the tags right.
So you'll be spending a lot of time and efforts to take your current audience to a new channel
