#DevRel folks, what do you do to manage business cards you get from events?

when I was younger and people actually had business cards, I'd just take the pile and do the creepy mass-add on LinkedIn. Nowadays I either do an immediate one-liner email on-site while talking to the person or have them add me on LinkedIn (or twi or fb, if I like the person ;-))

I haven't had biz cards in a while and people seem to be really confused when I say just tweet me or connect on LinkedIn. -
well ;-) Sometimes people suggest we have a call on Skype. I give them my ICQ number... But then sometimes people do not get the joke, so I get in trouble... Meaning this is probably a bad advice =]
