How companies who need my help in running their #developerrelations programs want to hire me full time instead of just contracting for relevant #dx work because they're afraid to lose the knowledge.
and the plan didn't work. It started as a tweet that grew up to a long read draft for my http://medium.com/@evangelistas but now it moves to a google doc as a workshop draft for an actual client.
