How many things can we give up on without having our lives being radically changed?

I've been thinking a lot about this recently; after having gone through lots of radical changes. IMO It's kind of difficult to retain 'old self' when 'new self' is much better.

It's true! I also feel like the version of me that is most detached from material things is also the freest, so it's always a better version regardless of my old self.

Couldn't agree more! About 2 years ago I was in such a disrupted limbo of anxiety & insomnia; after 'closing down' that section of life and re-inventing a new one it was a lot better and more forward hope!

I remember how happy you were about moving to CPH! I'm glad things are better now

Yes! Things are brilliant! Very different but better. I was in a very weird place with a lot of uncertainty & paranoia but much better now! :)

Happy about you two. And let me join the club of the renowned evangelists =) Also detached from things, focused on friends and basic life experiences like sports or even sunset watching
I wonder if it is a common thing at some point in life?
