Surprised by your second statement. Longreads is the only way to receive valuable information in text format. Of course, many people write/read them. I am Medium Member for a year or two... Medium has RSS support which is great
I forgot my sarcasm emoji... But basically I implied to the popular opinion that there's more people willing to write longreads than to read those.

Oh, I have problems with detecting sarcasm
I personally see more people trying to become micro influencers on Instagram by posting the things nobody cares about, than sitting down and putting 10x more energy in writing a long structured post -
